Had the pleasure of connecting with Better Way 2 Build the past 2 months, to help us plan out an investment build. Sam Vote was exceptional with his communication from the start. He kept in constant contact and is clearly very knowledgeable in all areas including Finance, Grants, Design features, Land availability, Inclusions and value for money offers. Sam was also very respectful and gave us our space to explore our options, without any of the usual sales and scare tactics. Even though we were not able to build with Sam this time round, he has built a cordial, professional and healthy relationship with us. Mike King has honestly been the biggest help whilst going through the motions of building my first home. I had spoken to other building brokers / builders direct prior and was not feeling comfortable or just getting a pure sales pitch I wasn't interested in. My initial contact with Mike was great, he was real, honest and informative. My experience so far has been with Mike assisting me in finding a great infill block in Warwick at a good price, he haad a custom design done in house which suited my block, tendered it out to select builders suited to what i was trying to acheive and got me a great deal with a great builder! He's been there every step and is always contactable even for those little silly questions (Thank you Mike for dealing with my impatience at times!), building is scary and at times it does make you anxious so it's been great to have Mike help me navigate through this journey. Mike, Asuncion, Michael and the design team at Better Way 2 Build are amazing! We had a dream of a dual occupancy home and after being disappointed with the cookie-cutter buildings available, through other companies, Mike reached out and we started our journey with them. Asuncion is such a talented designer and she designed elements of our house that included rooms we had previously dismissed in being able to have. Other designers couldn't imagine what we wanted but Asuncion was took our dream and turned it into reality.. Michael G helped us with our builders and quotes, and was always there to answer our millions of questions. He really made us feel at ease with the process. From the moment of the first contact, I knew Mike was the man who was going to help change my life. Being a single mum whose rental was just sold, I was weighing up my options and simply made an enquiry to see if by some miracle I would be able to build a house of my own. I recommend them without any hesitation to anyone considering building a house in Perth. They will actually do what they say and help you to find a decent and trustworthy builder. Nearly 5 ago, I thought myself smart enough to chose my own builder for my first home, and ended up with Vasko Spaseski's Inspired Homes. Simply, Spaseski then ruined my life. He cost me over $100,000 in building reports, legal fees, interest and rent, and finally reduced me to living on a floor in my cousin's spare room. He then put Inpsired into administration and left me with a defect riddled half-built property. Don't be like me. Chose a professional industry specialist to help you at the beginning.
