Had the pleasure of connecting with Better Way 2 Build the past 2 months, to help us plan out an investment build. Sam Vote was exceptional with his communication from the start. He kept in constant contact and is clearly very knowledgeable in all areas including Finance, Grants, Design features, Land availability, Inclusions and value for money offers. Sam was also very respectful and gave us our space to explore our options, without any of the usual sales and scare tactics. Mike King has honestly been the biggest help whilst going through the motions of building my first home. I had spoken to other building brokers / builders direct prior and was not feeling comfortable or just getting a pure sales pitch I wasn't interested in. My initial contact with Mike was great, he was real, honest and informative. My experience so far has been with Mike assisting me in finding a great infill block in Warwick at a good price, he haad a custom design done in house which suited my block, tendered it out to select builders suited to what i was trying to acheive and got me a great deal with a great builder! He's been there every step and is always contactable even for those little silly questions (Thank you Mike for dealing with my impatience at times!), building is scary and at times it does make you anxious so it's been great to have Mike help me navigate through this journey.
